It wasn’t so long ago that I was exactly where you are — exhausted, frustrated, and constantly starting over. I know what it feels like to want change so badly… but feel overwhelmed by all the “rules,” the pressure, and the guilt when things don’t go perfectly.

We start simple — no complicated diets or calorie counting. You’ll learn how to identify real, nourishing foods and build meals that fuel your energy, support your goals, and still allow for the things you love. This week sets the foundation for everything to come.
🌿 Nutrition Goal: Add at least one serving of fresh vegetables or fruit to every meal.

Week 2: Move with Intention

It’s time to get moving — but not in a way that burns you out. You’ll begin your 6-Week Fitness Program, designed to fit your lifestyle and give you quick wins. Whether you’re at home or in the gym, you’ll learn how to move with purpose and confidence.
💪 Movement Goal: 3–4 short, strength-based workouts.

Week 3: Balanced Body, Balanced Mind

This week we go beyond food and workouts. You’ll discover how stress, sleep, and your nervous system impact your cravings, weight loss, and energy levels. We’ll create a realistic plan to support both your physical and mental health.
🌺 Movement Goal: 1 mindful recovery day (yoga, stretching, or a slow walk).

Week 4: Build That Metabolism

Forget the myth that eating less and moving more is the only answer. This week, we focus on strength training and protein intake to help your body burn more calories at rest, improve muscle tone, and feel stronger from the inside out.

That’s why I created The Wellness Reset: to give women the structure, tools, and support I wish I had when I was stuck in the cycle of stress, food guilt, and burnout.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve helped hundreds of women break free from extreme dieting and rediscover their strength through simple, sustainable shifts. This isn’t just what I teach — it’s what I live.
